Project overview
We were appointed to construct a G+1 private villa with dedicated parking in Wadi Al Safa, Dubai. The project aimed to create a modern, elegant residence that offers comfort, functionality, and long-term durability. Our scope included structural works, MEP integration, high-quality finishes, landscape coordination, and external facade development. With a focus on efficient planning and precise execution, the villa was designed to provide spacious living areas, natural light, and a layout that supports both family living and privacy.
